- - Team Chairperson – To act as a mentor and leader for a group of young people who form a
committee dedicated to a specific group of tasks. Focuses on assigned outcome be delegating,
inspiring, motivating and mobilizing. Answers to UsMoms Executive Director.
- - Assistant to Chairperson – Supports the chairperson by focusing on the achievements of each
individual on the committee. Tracks plan of action and results, budget, supplies and reports for
executive to submit to the Board of Directors.
